HOW TO WIN - DO IT, CAPTURE IT, SUBMIT IT!
- Complete 5 squares in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) to make a BINGO.
- Snap a photo or take a screenshot to prove that you completed each task. All tasks MUST be completed at a Downtown Fort Collins business or location.
- Submit your final completed bingo card entry and supporting proof for each task using the form below to be entered to win prizes. See submission rules below.

A total of ten winners will be chosen at random to receive a $50 Downtown Fort Collins Gift Card, which can be redeemed at over 160 Downtown restaurants, retail stores, entertainment venues, and more. The prize drawing schedule is as follows:
